Peter E. Seley is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a co-chair of the Environmental Litigation & Mass Torts Practice Group. Mr. Seley has handled a wide variety of cases under most federal and a number of state environmental statutes, and has handled litigation in a number of state, federal district and federal appellate courts. Mr. Seley has extensive experience in the following areas:
Mr. Seley also handles a number of enviromental diligence projects for corporate clients, and has written several articles and book chapters concerning a wide range of domestic and international enviromental issues. A cum laude graduate of Cornell Law School, Mr. Seley was an associate editor of the Cornell Law Review. He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in political science from Princeton University.
